Ballys Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Tracey Harris as an independent director on its Board. Her extensive experience, spanning over twenty years in finance and executive roles across diverse industries, makes her exceptionally qualified to lead the Audit Committee.
“Tracey’s proficiency in finance, operations, and strategic planning will be essential to our group,” remarked Soo Kim, Chairman of Ballys Corporation. “The entire board joins me in welcoming her to Bally’s.”
Prior to joining Bally’s, Harris held significant positions at MIB Group Holdings Inc., an innovative insurtech firm, serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer.
Harris’s impact extends to numerous boards across a wide array of sectors, including healthcare, property, and finance. She currently holds board seats at publicly traded 1847 Holdings LLC and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield and acts as a trustee for the District of Columbia Retirement Board.
“I am delighted to join the Ballys Corporation Board,” stated Harris. “I anticipate utilizing my knowledge to contribute to the board’s objectives and support the company’s ongoing expansion.”
This news follows another strategic appointment for Bally’s, with Kim Barker Lee recently assuming the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.
Li will head the legal and public relations departments at her latest venture, assisting them in reaching their international objectives.
Previously, she held the inaugural position of Global VP of Diversity and Inclusion at IGT, a gaming technology corporation with a global footprint.
