Ballys Strengthens Board with Appointment of Seasoned Financial Expert Tracy Harris

Ballys Incorporated has designated Tracy Harris to its governing body. Her remarkable history in fiscal management and executive roles, encompassing over twenty years in controlled sectors, governmental bodies, and charitable institutions, makes her an ideal candidate for this position.

Ms. Harris will serve as an autonomous director and will also preside over the Regulatory and Conformity Committee. Bally’s Chairman, Soo Kim, extended a warm welcome on behalf of the entire board, highlighting that her proficiency in finance, operations, and strategic planning would be indispensable to the corporation.

Before joining Bally’s, Ms. Harris held the pivotal roles of Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, and Executive Vice President at MIB Group Holdings, a pioneering insurtech firm. Her extensive background includes serving on numerous boards across diverse industries, including private equity, venture capital, healthcare, property, insurance, financial services, and retail. Presently, she holds board positions at 1847 Holdings LLC, a publicly listed company, and CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield. Her dedication to public service is apparent in her role as a trustee for the District of Columbia Retirement Board.

Ms. Harris conveyed her eagerness to join Bally’s and contribute her knowledge and perspectives to the board, ultimately bolstering the company’s ongoing expansion and prosperity.

This tactical appointment follows Bally’s recent selection of Kim Barker Lee as Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President, indicating a phase of robust growth and development for the enterprise.

Mrs. Li will assume leadership of the legal and public relations divisions, offering direction and assistance for the organization’s worldwide strategic endeavors.

Her experience is remarkable, having recently held the position of first-ever Global Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion at International Game Technology (IGT).
