EveryMatrix, a firm that provides gaming technology to other businesses, has unveiled its financial outcomes for 2021. The report encompasses the company’s performance in the final quarter of the year and for the entire year.
The company experienced a very successful year in 2021. Their earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) surged by 65% to €19.7 million.
EveryMatrix expanded significantly in 2021 due to investments they made in their products in the past. They launched new brands for their clients, broadened their operations with well-known operators, and made substantial progress in the US market. Even amidst the pandemic, the company continued hiring and investing in development.
The new report indicates that their gross profit (revenue minus direct expenses like game suppliers) in the final quarter of 2021 was €13.9 million, representing a 26% increase compared to the same period the previous year. For the entire year 2021, their gross profit climbed by 32% to €51.5 million.
Their EBITDA also experienced significant growth, reaching €4.4 million in the final quarter, a 23% rise from the same period the previous year. For the entire year 2021, their EBITDA increased by 65% to €19.7 million.
Ebbe Groes, the chief executive officer of EveryMatrix Group, stated, “I am pleased to report excellent outcomes for the last quarter and the entire year 2021. This includes robust growth in our gross profit and EBITDA, new clients, and agreements we have secured.”
Although the changes to German rules have had a significant effect on the casino industry, we still achieved this outcome. This accomplishment shows the positive outcomes of EveryMatrix’s dedication to products and technology. It has given us a robust, varied, and competitive product that draws in new customers.
EveryMatrix continues to invest in appealing regulated markets in the United States and made significant strides in the final quarter. After fulfilling licensing requirements in New Jersey, the fourth quarter saw license applications submitted in West Virginia and Michigan, with more applications to follow shortly in the US and Canada. Several new distribution and partnership agreements were signed, including a gaming agreement with Golden Nugget Online Gaming.
Important milestones in the final quarter
EveryMatrix’s reach with top-tier operators is quickly expanding, with agreements signed with four new clients in the fourth quarter, all in markets outside of Europe: the US, Latin America, and Africa, bringing the total number of top-tier operators to eight in 2021.
Eight complete projects were launched for new client brands this quarter. This brings the total number of complete projects for the year to 19, including brands launched in regulated markets in Denmark, Cyprus, Greece, Malta, Romania, Mexico, and Africa.
